Complaints and Feedback Policy
Diversified Investments Company Ltd is a member of the Australian Financial Complaints Service (AFCA).

Investor complaints about the performance of the Responsible Entity must be dealt with in a proper and efficient manner by the Responsible Entity. The constitution details how complaints can be made and how the Responsible Entity must deal with them.
The Responsible Entity is required to have a complaint handling officer. The Australian Standard - Complaints Handling AS ISO 10002-2006 and Regulatory Guide 165 provide the format as to how complaints may be made by an Investor and how complaints must be dealt with by the Responsible Entity. The Responsible Entity will acknowledge receipt of the complaint immediately and provide a final written response to the complainant within forty-five (45) days of receipt of the complaint.
Failing that or if dissatisfied with the response provided by the Responsible Entity, Investors may address their complaint to the ASIC approved external dispute resolution service at:
